Standard delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery period therefore consists of order processing of 0–1 working day, followed by delivery after dispatch of 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of severe weather, courier disruption, public holidays, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers may cancel an order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, and eligible unused products can be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us, in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics, beauty and personal-care products cannot normally be returned once their protective seal has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods, and customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind items.
